In a world of "down sizing" of portions, this salad is enough for two people! The carne asada was tender and delicious, cooked just to perfection! The other toppings on the salad were incredibly fresh with everything on it I loved most!

I've had a lot of breakfast burritos and this one was one of the best. I substituted the potatoes for beans and thought it was yummy!! The green salsa was a great addition.
